Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using the bdkkr platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdkkr, operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bdkkr.ws (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino games, and customer support interactions.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are written in English. Where any translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail. All monetary references are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. References to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard are to their respective registered trademark owners; bdkkr is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these entities.
Key Rules at a Glance
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use bdkkr. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. bdkkr may request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where the holder is found to be under 21.
Each player may hold only one bdkkr account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — whether bKash, Nagad, Rocket, a bank account, or a card. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. bdkkr reserves the right to reverse any such deposit and withhold associated winnings pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify bdkkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bdkkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems operated by our game providers. Sportsbook odds are set by bdkkr's trading team. Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or mathematical loopholes in any game or betting market is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
Account Registration and Management
Clause 1
Registration Requirements
To register a bdkkr account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control; (c) create a secure password; (d) verify your mobile number via the One-Time Password (OTP) sent by SMS during registration; and (e) agree to these Terms in full. You may not register on behalf of another person or provide false information during registration. bdkkr reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion.
Clause 2
Identity Verification (KYC)
bdkkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time bdkkr deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clause 3
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes. bdkkr may suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

Account Security Obligations
You must maintain the confidentiality of your bdkkr login credentials at all times. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. You must notify bdkkr's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdkkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bdkkr platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following clauses govern how deposits and withdrawals are handled:

Minimum Deposits and Accepted Methods
The minimum deposit at bdkkr is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's own name. bdkkr does not accept deposits from credit cards used as a cash-advance facility, cryptocurrency wallets, or any anonymous payment source.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdkkr may carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdkkr account.
Clause 7
Currency and Transaction Fees
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. bdkkr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdkkr accepts no responsibility. In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a third party, bdkkr reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount plus any associated fees from your account balance.
Important: Any deposit made via an ineligible payment source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, contact bdkkr support before depositing.
Bonuses and Promotional Terms
bdkkr offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each bonus is offered:

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by bdkkr carry a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be communicated with each bonus offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is satisfied. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. Existing players are not eligible for new-player bonuses. bdkkr reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any bonus offer without prior notice. Any player found abusing bonuses — including by opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will be disqualified from all promotions and may face permanent account closure.

Free Spins
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the offer. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Free spins expire at the end of the validity period specified; unused free spins are forfeited without compensation upon expiry.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through your bdkkr account:

Bet Settlement
All bets are settled in accordance with bdkkr's published rules for the relevant sport or game. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result or casino game outcome, bdkkr's decision is final and binding. For sportsbook bets, official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BCB, etc.) are used for settlement. bdkkr reserves the right to void bets where an error in the advertised odds is identified.

Stake Limits
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and game type. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet. bdkkr reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts, specific markets, or the Platform as a whole at any time without prior notice. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum stake for a market may be voided or reduced to the maximum permissible amount at bdkkr's discretion.
Clause 13
Error and Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, odds, or game outcome being displayed or processed, bdkkr reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings arising from a manifest error are not payable and bdkkr reserves the right to reclaim such amounts from player balances. Players must report any suspected errors to support immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Fraud and Money Laundering
You must not use the bdkkr platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to: using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; laundering funds through the platform; or initiating chargebacks on deposits after placing bets with those funds. bdkkr actively monitors for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
Clause 15
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bdkkr's promotional system is prohibited. This includes registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, or misrepresenting eligibility for any promotion. Players found abusing bonuses will be disqualified from all promotions and may face permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
Clause 16
Automated and Scripted Activity
You may not use bots, automated scripts, crawlers, data-scraping tools, or any other automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the bdkkr platform. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances held at the time of discovery.
Account Suspension and Termination
bdkkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdkkr reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (d) KYC documents provided are false or insufficient; (e) the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (f) applicable law or regulatory guidance requires such action.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdkkr reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance, including any winnings, pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdkkr's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdkkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdkkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not bdkkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bdkkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or events beyond bdkkr's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, acts of government, or force majeure events. bdkkr will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of planned maintenance in advance via the platform.
Changes to These Terms
bdkkr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes — such as changes to wagering requirements applicable to existing bonuses, changes to withdrawal processing times, or changes to account eligibility criteria — will be communicated to active players via their registered mobile number or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any verified balance on a closed account will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the account termination clauses above.
